For those who have had items sent to store, did you ever encounter this “Additional delivery time may be required”? Or is that standard for anything sent to store and not currently available at the specific store for pickup? Item backordered? (I would expect if it’s not available they’d just cancel)

I’m wondering if this may be why my item is past the estimated pickup date (ordered April 30 supposed to arrive May 6). CA said my shipment would be part of the store’s stock shipment rather than its own separate package??

I had the same thing on a couple items I purchased via phone on Wednesday 5/8 and ETA was 5/10. I eventually got a confirmation email to pick it up late afternoon yesterday. I'm thinking its their way to CYA in case an order is late. Hope your item comes in soon.

Thanks... at least your item arrived by the day it said it would! I don’t mind waiting, I’m just worried my package was somehow lost because the tracking CS gave me shows it hasn’t physically moved (but I also don’t know if that’s why they don’t give out the tracking for ship to store items)

This reminds me of recently tracking an amazon delivery for a video game for my son. We live on a no through road, the truck went past our street and then up and down all the nearby streets before coming back to us 1.5 hours later. My kid was not impressed, it was all I could do to stop him running out and tracking the truck down. Perhaps ignorance is bliss, after all tracking it won’t make it come sooner, if anything it raises my pulse and blood pressure!:panic::lol:

I’m pretty sure that is standard. I’ve ordered several items on line and shipped to store and it always reads that at the bottom however my item usually arrives with before the estimated time. I hope you items arrive soon!!!

It’ll be interesting to see pricing. With the additional details on the pochettes and the strap and the round coin purse that’s more like a key holder/bag charm, I think it’ll be higher than I’m interested in paying bc I have the two pochettes already. Definitely going to stalk it until I know the details though!
