Is there anyone experienced the same with me or just me but the Mexico site methods is no longer working (for me). It shows which stores have my items available, but when I tried to reach out to 5 different SAs at different stores, all of them said the items is sold out nationwide and they cannot do anything with that

Call the concierge. I was able to buy the key pouch in monogram. They shipped it to me from Palacio de Hierro in Guadalajara. I started a thread about LV Mexico, if you wanna join the conversation.

I just emailed the concierge service and they got back to me within 10mins stating the coin card holder is available and they will send me the link to purchase. Link came 5 minutes later and im done! I highly suggest this route if you are having stock issues.

Yup, I called and they said it is discontinued and out of stock in US&Canada.

One of the CA told me that too, but when I went to a store in Caesar Palace, Las Vegas today. I was able to get a DE for my friend.
I asked about the DA. They told me that is not true. It’s showing on their end that it’s not in production which can mean they are too busy to produce something else at the moment. They will make more later.
also, LV Palazzo at The Venetian had one.
I was able to get my DA a few weeks ago stalking website around 11pm west coast time.
