I have been staking the bumbag monogram for a few months. I have called client services and 3 times they have told me they will contact a store to call me back within 48 hours. It never happens…. Would it be better to just go to the store or is it possible for the store to hold it for me? Does the call back ever work? Thanks!

IMO the callback never works for me. Have you added it to your wishlist and constant refreshing? Seems to be one of the best ways to secure one. And if you go in store best to go as soon as they open. Call CS the morning you go to verify if store even has bag.
