i purchased a DE graceful mm last month by calling client services. I had seen no signs of it online for months and didn’t expect anything when I called. Fortunately they said they could order one, it would just take a few weeks. They emailed us a link to pay for it and it ended up shipping next day. That was beginning of July so not sure if they can still do that, but maybe give that a try if you haven’t already. Good luck! :)
