Hi, I will say from my experience- I believe it's a multitude of things. Calling CS to check inventory, and also having an established relationship with a CA or SA. This piece took me about two months to obtain. I know for a while there was no stock at all. However, it is considered one of their most highly coveted pieces which is why I say calling CS daily or having a CA is helpful. My SA knew I had been looking for it and had reached out and my CA had also reached out within the same week. I saw it on the website once, and it was gone within seconds. I hope this helps!
