Got it my bag at 5:04pm PST, I have been refreshing for 30 min now but cannot proceed I called, they said it’s a website malfunction and not available. what do I doooo

Keep it in your cart and refresh from there. That’s how I got it on my 2nd attempt. I just got the bag delivered to me today. Currently stalking it in the azure print though. Good luck!
