I was able to place a Pochette Accessoires in monogram canvas on hold this Wednesday, 9/9 over the phone! It had to be placed on hold because they had a glitch in their system, so I waited until the next day to place the order. Very nice CA, sent it with overnight shipping. I received it today and love it! It was the first time I called about this item, but keep trying your luck over the phone :)
