Hi there,

They stopped producing the escale collection not too long ago. I bought my speedy 30 pastel and neverfull two months ago, and it was a rare find. Especially the speedy. I saw the blue one appear a couple of times, random times but that was the last time. I hadn't seen either since, but you never know! Keep checking.

maybe because you dont have purchase history in the stores, I’m not sure why that is. Seems silly to me, a purchase is a purchase. try calling client services

It took me a while to say yes to the collection because I am so used to the classic prints, so I get it! You never know! I have seen random items appear out of no where! Fingers crossed!

Those really are the only answers. There is a stalking thread where they post HTF items when they pop up on the site. But if you have an SA you are close with you can ask them to keep an eye out if one comes in the store. That being said, I asked my SA a month ago and she said she’d keep an eye on one for me but I haven’t heard from her since and she’s great at notifying me when I’m looking for items. IMO I think they halted production to try and get people to buy the scam bag instead. Good luck on your search.

Thank you for replying! I heard one some YouTube videos that people stock the website refreshing the page for a few days and then are randomly able to order it. I’m going to try doing that for a few days and see how it goes, luckily I’m working from home right now.

i think they were stocking a lot of them during the beginning of the pandemic, it would pop up on the website a few times every week, but i heard now they're shifting their crafts person to work on the new releases coming up in September. so i would say, it has to do with timing? but also luck, sometimes CA's can manage to get HTF items.
