Hi, did the CS transfer your call to the store? Because I cannot call the store and I have asked many of them to transfer my call to the one of the store that has the monogram 16mm strap but they said they cannot do that. They can only request the stores to call back to me but I never receive the calls from the store. And the item is not orderable so the CS cannot order for me.

Yes. They transferred me to the store. I did call In the morning around 11 ET when the stores were first opening. Not sure if that made a difference.
