I purchased mine in DE on July 27 and it's been in stock several times since then as well.

11 pm PST. On that day, I saw on this thread that it was available, and refreshed often, and got lucky. I think only a few are available at a time, so they go very quickly (within minutes), and may pop back up. People in this thread commented in the day before / after that they purchased too, IIRC.

I purchased it around 8:30 PM ET. The best way is to have it on your wishlist and when someone on this thread posts ATB for that item, go back to your wishlist and keep refreshing. Usually it changes to ATB then purchase right away.

I didn't check out fast enough with Mini PA in Monogram so I lost that one but learned my lesson from that and was able to purchase the DE one.
