on my first day hunting, i called one of the stores in florida and they had the DE in stock! i didnt hesitate and had them ship it to me. for the MONO it took about 5 days. i stalked the website non stop. I called CS three times. and tried the webchat twice. and they all said theres none in the US. So on the 5th day i gave up. but randomly decided to check the website if the chat would pop up and it did. and the person helping me in the chat said "yes i can help you, our warehouse has it in stock" and it arrived in two days!

I noticed the web chat doesn’t always pop up and when it does there isn’t anyone available. I called CS three times as well and they are all telling me the same thing. One told me that they’re still in production but very minimal quantities.

you just have to keep trying. when i talk to them i kinda make them feel bad by saying "no one ever wants to help, but i know people who were able to order one this week. is there anyway you can please help" lol

also for that chat you have to keep hitting "start new chat" and after a few tries someone is avaible.
