you should call. I contacted a SA at beverly center and ordered that way

Has anyone been able to order a Palm Springs Mini in Mono from calling customer service lately? I called a couple weeks ago and was told no. I want to try again but I hate talking on the phone to CS especially if it’s going to be a waste of time anyway.

I had been stalking the site for 3 months, calling various stores over the last few weeks and was finally able to get a mini pochette in DE from the City Center boutique. Ordered last week and delivered today. Seems like stock is being sent to the stores. Good luck all! May the force be with you.
