ShopTagr is a good app for your phone that you can "send" a product page to from LV and then it will notify you when it comes back in stock. If you combine that with a good autofill app (like fillr which is free) you can quickly be notified and purchase immediately.

ShopTagr also has a Chrome extension, so if you are on your computer and not your phone, this is good too. You can also use filler on chrome, but I think extensions like "Autofill" are even better. You can script this extension to not only fill in your details but also to click "purchase".

A more complicated solution is to use a bot on your computer (these generally don't run on phones). Most bots are configurable and you can enter for example, the product URL into the bot and have it "add to cart" and "check out" automatically. You probably need to have a bit of tech knowledge to run them - also, good bots aren't free.

Bots are the only way to purchase really hyped Nike, Off-White, etc ...
