so i have a mini pochette on hold. the client service rep helped me find it and was able to connect me to the store. i was assured that it had my name on it. the CA has contacted me and is now telling me that since i am a "new client" i would need to contact client service to finish my order. i called client service again and the rep told me she was unable to see the item therefore unable to complete my purchase. i have purchased multiple bags in Italy May 2019 and a bag in the US in 2016. has anyone else had this problem?

Well they usually say that you need recent purchase history within a year (sometimes they say 6 months) in order to reserve/order an item particularly a hard to find item..
