Was able to pre order Nano speedy after my first and only call to CS. I’d like to point out I did not use my own phone #. i feel that since they can see my call history ( I had been calling 10 times a day or more for the favorite & mini PA DE) they have a bias towards helping me. So I called thru another phone and she was able to place an order for me.
