Guys please note the sa’s don’t do these things for every client they get on the phone. I was able to get one this morning to place my order. Now I’m calling again to order the key pouch in mono speaking with Terrance (he’s pretty rude) now telling me it’s against there policy to place out of stock orders for customers

I called everyday for the past 2 months. I also spoke to cs Lionel around 12 noon yesterday and he gave me his personal number so i can follow up with him about the nano speedy. He texted me back at 8pm same day and said there was no available. I didn't know cs can give their personal #. Today I called twice (30 mins apart) and the last cs I spoke to automatically said she can pre order one for me. She didn't even put me on hold for her to check it out. She just said she can preorder it and asked me if it's ok for me to wait 2-3 weeks for shipment.
