Does calling CS really help when getting the mono PA? All chat advisors and emails always say they can't order it and that its always out of stock and when I say people can order it over the phone they say the same thing. Really frustrating, need help.

Same, the associate I called about my cancelled order said it's out of stock entirely so she couldn't place any order for me.
