Just purchased Key Pouch in DE. Was able to add to bag and proceed immediately. Tried on my phone at first but it got stuck at proceed to billing. Got my laptop out and was able to place another in cart and proceed to billing. It is on its way. Yay. Another tip: I used Chrome rather than Safari on my Mac. Seemed to really make a difference.
