They sent me a Graceful PM. :sad: Immediately called CS if they could send me the correct one and after two weeks of waiting, they told that it would be a refund instead due to availability. :annoyed: It was the first time this ever happened to me.

So I just spoke with CS and was told 1) the issue with the Favorite MM pages disappearing is something that they're "aware of and trying to fix" and 2) the item IS being discontinued because "no official word has been received about it coming back."

Ok, who else here has been stalking it and is tired of all the misinformation about it?! The CS rep I talked to also basically said that LV doesn't care if they discontinue the Favorite despite its demand because people are still going to find other LV things to like and spend their money on. If this is the standard of service that we can expect from a brand like LV, I must say that it is a HUGE turn off for me right now to spend any more $$$ with them.
