I called CS and the person said she can't specifically tell why this happens she gave me few possible reasons; purchase limit, multiple account (I once lost login information so I created a new account) and recent address change (I moved out of NY temporarily due to Covid19).
I think even though the item pops up available online and I make the order through, it probably would be cancelled as it did many times already :sad:. she told me to shop when the stores open, but....

I wish I have any SA who can order an item for me. I think this is the only option I have at the moment.
Do you know any one? I didn't get any information from the SA recommendation thread.
