Call for Availability suggests you contact Client services so they can assist you in locating inventory availability for your wanted(stalked) item.
Notify Me gives you option to provide your email so they can advise you when your wanted(stalked) item is in stock and available for purchase online.

Not sure if the option changes it means it's related to increase in stock availability.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can chime in.

In my experience, the Notify Me option has not benefited me-usually by the time I received notification via email, the item was already sold out.

ETA: if posters could inform us of any advantageous effectiveness from use of the Notify Me option during stalking, that would be most helpful.
