Wait a minute now! Who said anything about a double flap?!! You are really trying to pull me in the deep end :whut::panic:. Let me play in the shallow waters first:lol:. Thank you for the helping me settle the mini vs small debate. Hopefully lambskin won’t be so bad.

OMG I’m literally in the same boat lol! But I totally agree with you, I want perfect if I’m spending this much, but other people might not consider what I’m seeing as “imperfect”, but I’m glad you see what I’m seeing :)

@BooYah Thanks to you, and others on this thread, I was able to find everything I’ve been looking for - and even found some items I never thought I needed :facepalm:
But I still find myself checking this thread every morning for your encouraging words and a dose of your positivity - which the world SO needs right now! Maybe I’ll ask my husband to check this thread instead of constantly monitoring the news :lol:

GST is Grand Shopping Tote, but don’t worry-you have lots of time to fall in love with Chanel. (don’t tell your BF I told you this :giggle:)

I think LV is our first love, for many of us at least, then Chanel hits hard. I also felt that so many Chanel styles were too dressy for my lifestyle and I wanted to wear daily what I own. I fell head over heels for their Reissue or 2.55 with Ruthenium hardware. Such an underrated classic but absolutely stunning!

I wanted to mention something to those who are looking for canvas pieces.. When you get them and you see they are bent/dented/off ( unless there are pinched stitched areas creating “waves” <—- cannot be helped) don’t give up yet. Ladies are right: stuffing inside the bags or pochettes as much as you can and even putting small pressure on them ( a pillow) can really improve the looks of canvas. Leave them stuffed overnight. Canvas is very pliable and can fall in place!

If this is your first, I would say the mini and also because the difference in what you can actually fit in the mini and small is PEANUTS. Literally. AND the price difference between the two is astronomical! :)
