And I just sold my older pochettes to help with this upgrade. I made a mistake of letting go DE. These baby weight comparing to older models chains are a significant difference in feel. I wish I knew that! Has nobody noticed that?

Yes they changed the chain links sometime between summer 2018-fall 2018...I noticed it when I got a mini pochette in june the link was narrower..more gold...and a bit heavier...then when I visited the boutique few months later in november to check out the christmas animations that's when I noticed they changed up the chain links to what it is now...lighter gold finishing..lighter in weight..and link is slightly wider..

Ok( Thank you for the information. It is what it is. Hope they increased their revenue a lot with this switch. The replica industry probably rejoiced - so much easier to replicate the current chain! The “diamond” effect of an older mini pochette chain is completely gone. It’s just a chain like many others now.

Ok so i went back on looked looks like there is some sort of double lining in the front half of the flap and that line shows up where it ends....i understand creasing gets worse with time but is this considered a crease? I am looking for reasons to keep her, dont want to stalk all over again....

I don’t know.. I’m sure Favorite owners can weigh in.
I’ve seen enough images on a preloved market with those center lines that are very noticeable. I also watched dozens of YouTube reviews of used for a while bags and they looked great!
I’m waiting on my DA I ordered right after you. I’ll let you know how mine is.

P.S. I’m already at my allowed limit of canvas pieces. If my Favorites come.. with issues & I return I won’t be able to buy for awhile & will miss out on this time to get LVs I couldn’t get for years.

Hope LV can waive or ease on the purchase limit during this period. I know many of us are now just able to have access to our wishlist items.

That is definitely a crease. I’ve had mine for a year, and no sign of a crease. Although I will say, I don’t carry it too often. I think that short cardboard piece in the front flap was a really bad idea on LV’s part.DF7048AA-01F6-4D12-AC3E-C28FB9CB3B3E.jpeg

so accurate! I have a 2013 DE and a 2018 Mono and the chain is def different

Good luck, I hope yours comes without creases. If I return this I don’t think I am going to stalk again...just too much effort and I don’t want to deal with the return process..:(

Here’s mine, MIF 16th week of 2018 after 2 years & it doesn’t have that problem... that’s definitely a flaw in my eyes... (should add that this is the PM not MM sorry:D)
