Ugh missed my mini pochettes by ups today! For some reason they won’t allow me to change delivery to hold at a ups location, and when I call they’re closed. Is anyone able to get through to ups lately? Has anyone else noticed that LV doesn’t allow for delivery to drop off/be held at ups pickup? I think if we miss it three times then it gets sent back

Pretty sure you have to go in the store and order it with an SA. I think it’s considered a repair item so only they can order it.

Yes, it's definitely noticeably glitchier today!

Nope! Even the UPS agent found it weird there is no exception status. This is what it looks like now when I track the package.

It doesn’t make sense.
They HAVE to have some kind of status on where the delivery is, even if scheduled delivery date has been changed. Someone at UPS or LV should help you locate the delivery, this is not acceptable.

Right?? SO finally the status updated again today around 2:30 pm - and now it's being returned to sender?!?! I called LV and UPS right away to get the package re-routed back to me. Ugh - I hate drama!

I think it’s LV that puts shipper restrictions on how their packages are delivered.
