Question: How do you prevent the dye stains from dark jeans transferring onto the DA bags?

You have to do a colorfast test on your denim by rubbing a white towel on your jeans. If the dye transfers to the towel, then the dye will transfer to the DA. Because the DA is canvas, there’s no chemical or product that can be used to prevent color transfer without ruining the DA.

Color transfer is not limited to denim. One of my GFs got color transfer on her DA Speedy from a blue cotton tunic. The bag is ruined.

Wash jeans several times with vinegar added. It will prevent any future color bleeding.

Azur ( unfortunately) doesn’t stay crisp azur for a long time. I noticed my key pouch in DA took a lot of red hue in from being inside of my Duomo crossbody with red interior. It wasn’t overnight but a few months before I realized I should switch to mono or DE SLGs to prevent it.

It is insane that the nano speedy is STILL available. I think LV must be trying to unload as much as possible in anticipation of people not buying luxury items as the pandemic grows worse...

I had the same thought too! I was wondering if they've always had these in stock or just making more now because they know it's hard to find items and people will scoop them up.

Based on the dates codes people have posted for the nano speedy, looks like those were at least recently made. I will be curious to see the date code on the second one I ordered. Most of the PAs and mini PAs have had date codes from last year so LV has just been hoarding those to generate demand, IMHO.

I doubt that they will decrease prices. I expect that they will just wait it out until the demand returns.

LOL! I was the same way, I saw some videos on YouTube, tried to get it and realized it was so hard to find - which made me want it more naturally. I stalked here for almost a year and finally got it last week! I will say though, I actually really love it. Very surprising it fits so much!! I hope you get it!

Thanks ladies, i have had color transfer on my old bags and have been shying away from lighter bags because of it...as much as I am tempted to purchase a DA i should probably stay away from it I guess

It depends on height. I am short (5’) and it hit nicely at my hip. The bag just was not for me, though, so I returned it.
