As I continued to almost the last step before l clicked submit, I abandoned my cart, logged off, logged back in and tried to go through the process to check if my CC saved. I hope that works for you! Time is of the essence when checking out, you’d think they’d give you at least 5 minutes before allowing someone else to get the item out of your cart :eek:

Yes saved my cc and have the 3 digit code down by memory. Those extra seconds count

Those who ordered online this morning or later today, does the status still show “submitted?”
I placed an order this morning but it’s still showing as “submitted.”
I wonder if there’s been a delay in processing or if my item has been cancelled. Will I get a cancellation email?

So.. my favorite mm I ordered on my boyfriend's account says it's order in preparation, and the other one I ordered on my account still says submitted. I ordered them basically 1 minute apart from each other and my account is the one I ordered last.

Also, if anyone is wondering why I purchased two favorite mm... it's because I'm not trying to buy anyone's return, so I increased my chances of buying one that I am actually happy with and will return the other.
