The following is a Client Services update.

Although the stores are closed, LV Client Services is still operating in the call center although they have all of the equipment to work from home. The leadership team informed Client Services that they are responsible for sustaining the business because the stores are closed. However, luxury goods are non-essential especially during a pandemic. The agents are disappointed that one of the most profitable brands in the world have not planned adequately to reduce their exposure to this virus. If you have to call Client Services, please be kind to the agent. We will all get through this by being kind.

Okay, back to stalking.
