So sorry this happened to you and I’m sure you’re frustrated. Unfortunately, Client Services has no control over the purchase limits. These limits are LV policy and system generated. The purpose of the purchase limits is to curb reseller behavior and to provide each client opportunities to buy items. I know someone who works in Client Services and she says they receive frequent calls about cancellation orders due to purchase limits. It would be better for clients if LV issued a system generated message to inform clients their status of purchase limits. For this reason, I only order online for online pre-launches.
You can circumvent this policy by creating another MyLV account under another name and address. Good luck in your quest for the nano speedy. It’s such a cute fun bag!

Thanks for the tip. If I return something though, wouldn’t that put me back available to purchase?

I called and he couldn’t confirm why it was cancelled he just said it was out of stock but he did tell me two stores that had one and I will try calling.
