Thank you! The bag also has a noticeable bump on the side. This is my second favorite in monogram with issues actually. Decide to stalk fave in de. Hope I have better luck. Thanks for the tips anyway!

I didn't try. Found one on FB pages for $1250 and didn't want to mess w taking another chance online. Pics didn't show bumps in flap but you can see and feel them in person:sad:. I sent seller a video showing them. Seller said she wouldn't have ever sold it without telling me about them if she had seen them. She immediately refunded my money and asked me to send it back. Going to mail when the check clears (through PayPal)

All of the quality issues you all are experiencing with the Favorite are known issues. The Favorite is like that person who starts the evening looking amazing and after a couple of drinks, he/she becomes a hot mess express. The Favorite does not age well. It’s a poorly designed, unsecured, crease prone bag. The chain and face plate shows wear and tarnishes, which contributes to the overall hot mess express of this bag.
