OMG OMG OMG. I was so upset that I missed the TP15 when it came available. I've been stalking for months with no luck. Hubby suggested I just call and ask and even though I told him I have done that before he pushed me to call again. To satisfy him I called the 800 number and asked just waiting to be disappointed again and guess what!!!! They connected me to a store where I was able to purchase over the phone. I'll be receiving tomorrow. I sooo excited!!!!!

This corona virus situation is having some unforeseen consequences that are of benefit to luxury buyers.

Client Services is routing calls to the stores from 3p-5p CST daily because they’re closed to clean the call center between shifts. They will close at 11pm CST each night. These changes are an attempt to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. For those who see item availability on the website for a specific item, this timeframe will be an opportune time to contact the store directly. Good luck to all who are stalking.
