Yes, I read this as well and it is definitely a little confusing but I reread it a few times and now it makes sense. I think I'm good :D

2 year ban for non-compliance? Wth, is this a breadline or something? I'm getting more unenthused by the minute with LV!

If my favorite mm has a date code with SD but no tag inside that says “made in USA”, do I assume it is made in France? Both France and USA have an SD date code!!!
