Hmm I’ve noticed DA print being closer to yellow than white. I never noticed before because it’s not a print I purchase, but wanted to try it too. I’m wondering if I’m influenced by photos with filters on them which make it appear crisper towards white & gray colors.

The color in my second photo seems the most accurate to me. The PA leaned toward yellow under certain lights in my home. DH said it was because of the light bulbs we use in those rooms. I had no idea that was a thing.

Hah yeah, good point! I think I tend to choose white light bulbs, so I definitely notice all the prints look different in various lighting. It’s funny because when my DH saw the DA print he really liked it, I asked why, and he said because it’s different. Monogram is my fave and I have most of. Lol

I just bought my speedyb30 on Sunday bc of the price increase. I was eyeing it end of last year and didn't buy it before the price increase (was it January?) I didn't want to miss it this time. You can always return it, they are good about that. I have the speedyb25 in mono and I love it. The increases aren't too outrageous but I don't want to pay more if i don't have to. I kick myself for buying the b25DE in July instead of the 30 (i already had the mono b25 at the time but side by side the 30 looked ridiculously big, it's not) I sold that obviously at a loss. GL on your decision.

Thanks for the response! I have a classic DE Speedy 30. Just this weekend, I put my mono strap on it so that I could try it as a shoulder bag and crossbody. It looked enormous on me. I am even afraid that even the B25 may look big on me. Part of me is tempted to hold out for a BB but then the opening would be even smaller, of course. I am so indecisive at times... Sigh...

When was yours made?

The first azur pa I got on a whim looked like it had been pissed on. When I went to the store to pick it up, under their dim lighting it looked creamy-ivory, then when I brought it home and took it out of the box I was irked by how yellow it was. That's when I stumbled upon tpf and learned about the canvas' tendency to yellow over time. I thought I'd be able to overlook but I couldn't get over how yellow it was so had to return...bag was also made a month prior to purchase so perhaps that had something to do with it. 6 months later found another one in store that was made around the same time my first azur pa was made and although it looked off white in store I had an inkling that it might have the same effect once I took it home so passed on it. Then 2 months later they restocked online and I got one that was made in france 1 week before I received it. This time it was white in broad daylight..no yellowness whatsoever. So I think it might have to do with how long ago it was made and the batch it comes from...

Well if you are unsure, then you should wait until the bb comes out. The price increase is not that much. i had the hardest time deciding on size/print/ classic/bandoulier. Good luck, whatever you choose, it'll be beautiful!

I’ve returned via PayPal and it’s been 30 days. My PayPal account was credited the same day LV received the online return. Ive never had an issue.
