I'm looking for the zippy coin purse in emeraude epi. Has anyone seen one in their local stores? I hate calling the CS number and I will avoid it unless I absolutely must go that route. They have not been particularly helpful.

I’m not sure how it works but I would definitely try. If you can get a contact from one of the stores I think that would be best as well. Good luck!

You are so lucky! I have called client services and asked about three locations that have the mini pochette and LV won’t let me buy one over the phone. Palm Beach Garden LV still has one in stock, but because I am on the west coast and unable to physically go into the store, they won’t sell me a “high demand” item. I have been stalking the website for a monogram mini pochette for weeks and weeks and it’s so disappointing that I am ready and willing to pay for this product, but they just won’t sell it to me.

I have tried contacting customer service to no avail also. I would call all the stores directly on the list and just ask... the store I called didn’t even question sending it to me.

I asked to be transferred to a store and the client service associate told me that wasn’t a possibility. On one of my many other calls, one associate put my information in at a store that hasn’t opened yet today that has the mini pochette in stock, so all of my fingers, toes and eyes are crossed that they call me and let me buy it! Haha.
