I’m pretty sure if you call client services first they can confirm if the package has been shipped to the store or you can just go to the store that you shipped it to and provide them your emailed order number and they can probably track it for you. You should claim it quick since there is a certain time frame that if you don’t claim it you will get refunded and the package will be sent back.

If you ship to the store, tracking isn't going to work. That is annoying, granted. You have to just wait until you get a text and email from the store saying your package is ready for pickup. It's a considerably slower process than shipping to your home or work, but the added day or two (or three or four) can be worth it. I picked up three bags and they were beautifully wrapped and placed in shopping bags. I didn't have to cart three enormous UPS boxes out of the mall.

You also have 30 days to retrieve a package shipped to the store. If there are any issues, call the store if you think you might have difficulty making it there in that window.

Call the store you shipped to because sometimes the person there doesn’t for whatever reason scan that they received it OR the system is glitchy.
This happened with my trio pouch - I went to pick up my denim multi-pochette because my boyfriend received an email that the item was ready for pick up and the SA said I’m pretty sure you have another item in the back. I said my trio arrived!?! I didn’t receive the text or the email. Long story short - I picked up my item Jan 3 and on my account page it still reads processing. So I would definitely call - I know they do not receive shipments on Sunday and Monday is a holiday but you ordered on Thursday so it may have arrived on Saturday if you ordered in the morning. Good Luck
 
I just ordered PA Mono. I had it on my wish list but also asked to be notified when it was in stock. I got a notification on my phone and sure enough, it was Place In Cart. I was shocked and thought for sure it wouldn’t be that easy....but it was. Order confirmed.

congrats! How are you getting notification when back in stock? I have items saved under wish list but doesn’t give me an option to notify via email

I received a notification that the Rose MPA was back in stock but already missed it by the time I logged in.

how do you set up email notifications???
I refreshed the page so many times that the “call for availability” button changed to “notify me” button. When I clicked on it - it ask for email and seriously I received an email a few days later. All this happened when I was on my laptop idk if that matters. Some items have a notify me option but not all.
