And also here in US, you can't use foreign Credit Card making online order. I think it is similar in Europe. Here only in store you can pay CC not issue in US.
Maybe I am wrong but I think you can not pay from Egypt (egyptian CC) on Netherlands website.

I had the same problem here in US. My Mom was visiting me and we would like to make an order (online) and she wanted to pay her CC (issue in Poland) and the system did not allow us to do this.

But billing address which you put on LV website must match credit card billing address, that's what I was told. Or am I wrong?

I've just did it last year before a work trip to Paris. Placed the order on the French website using my Amex card that's issued in the US. The order went through and I picked up the item in the store once I arrived.
