I was just browsing this website and saw a post about someone that went into a LV store early in the morning to pick up a repair and she spotted the CA had a nano noe in the cabinet. She asked to look at it and then she ask the CA to check for a nano speedy and they had one in stock. Not sure if this happen today but it was posted today. Pretty sure it was around this month. I called the LV phone number and they said they only had one in Puerto Rico, but I couldnt get it because they dont ship from another country.

i called LV this morning and I was told the nano speedys were more available from the beginning and mid month of January in stores. Ive been calling ever since the end of December and it was always not available. Maybe it came in mid day in the store? The last one sold online was two weeks ago in the US LV page.
