Is anyone still experiencing the crease issue? I am very disappointed.. I also wanted the other prints if i can ever catch it online but having second thoughts now.

I just got an email that says “unfortunately we are not able to accept your order.” Why would they not be able to accept?? Has this happened to anyone else?

There could be many reasons. Did you call customer service and ask them why?

CAs are suppose to check purchase history to ensure that a client does not purchase more than two of the same skus per year. Online transactions are more strict with this policy and some clients orders are immediately canceled as it relates to the policy. Loss prevention/asset protection is closely monitoring client transaction history and CA sales. I know of a CA in Dallas who was terminated for selling a client multiple Favorites and Metis with the same sku in a 12 month period. The CA was ranked third in commission in the company. The client is banned. There are always ways to circumvent the system but LV is watching. VICs and celebrity clients get preferential treatment.

How do they check though? By name? Phone number? Address? Cc?

Boggles my mind how that reseller with like 30 favorites was able to do that.

Call and ask. I know for me whenever there is a large charge on my credit card (more so when the charge is on line) my cc company flags it as potential fraud.

I know.., It’s not even a year old.. i believe the end of January or beginning of February 2019.. I am waiting on my email response from repair.

I rechecked mine and noticed on the right side of the flap, there is an area pressed in like a thumb had been held there for a while. Nothing real bad but noticeable.
Other thing I noticed is in a certain light you see the glaze? that was swirled on the canvas. On the raised parts of the pattern in the canvas. Might be normal but didn’t see same on my Eva or some of my other Mono bags.
Still a pretty bag.

The reseller probably has a lot of people buying items for him/her for the purpose of reselling. It’s easy for a CA to check the system but it’s also easy to ask someone to buy something for you to resell. There are several resellers who are banned but continue to get people to buy things for them and continue to resell them.
