I picked up my mini pa in store today, and the SA told me she could source hard to find items for me. Then I ask her if she could look into a PA for me, and she says "oh no that's sold out". Um.. didn't you just tell me you could source HTF items for me? Lol I haven't had any good luck with SA's. Every HTF item I have I give thanks to all the people who post on here!

It's a huge company with thousands of employees & employers...I guess it's difficult to crack down on all of em simultaneously. But it's us the genuine consumers that get the short end of the stick. Rules need not apply where money talks.

My SA has got a couple of hard to find items for me but she has not been able to get a PA either. I managed to get the Mono PA by stalking the site. No luck on the DA PA... yet.

I had the Favorite and sold it. I just didn’t care for the shape and how flimsy it was and when I wore it crossbody my arm kept hitting the flap and I was afraid it would knock it open. Too many variables to worry about with it when I’m just out trying to enjoy an evening.
