The small toiletry 15 pouch was on the website earlier and I was able to grab it. However, they cancelled my order! I recently purchased an On The Go Tote and was trying to buy some small items to put in it for a trip. Customer service said you can’t buy more than 6 leather items in 4 weeks. This is ridiculous! I can buy a large tote but not small pouches to go in it? Have you heard of the 6 limit policy?

yeah, it's weird. i made 2 orders yesterday, the first one was a SLG, and it got cancelled on me, i also made a 2nd order a bag, and it didn't get cancelled...do they pick and choose which 7th item goes through? LoL

Hi! I'm in Toronto and just got the Mini Pochette and the Pochette Accessoires, both in Monogram, within the last 5 days. I just kept refreshing the site like a mad-woman... Good Luck!!

I got the notification after I press the button “notify me”. I put my email address and few days later in December they emailed me saying it was available. Of course I saw that email 20 min later and it was again “call for availability” but I just kept refreshing and about 20 min later it appeared “place in card”. That’s how I was finally able to get it after a whole year of stalking, calling them, crying... lol
It was the end of December, I literally picked up my order at store on December 31st.

These limitation should, in theory, benefit buyers like us by preventing resellers from snatching up items and profiting. That said, it is frustrating to have to track and spread out purchases as I try to build a collection...
