In store, I called customer service this morning and they said they were sold out everywhere. Then I see one got sold in the store.

How did you see it got sold in store?

I was speaking to Client Services today bc I did an online return of the trio pouch and asked about the nano speedy for Canada and was told it is not discontinued, add to your wish list and you will get an email notification when it is available, but you must be fast! Has anyone ever gotten an email saying an item in your wish list is available?

it's not discontinued, you are correct. but the stock levels toronto recieves in store are very minimal. i was told by my friend that they rarely see it and when they do, they already have a list of clients to offer it to.

I just did but it was not a rare item - just the Graceful PM in Mono/Pivoine. I have not received emails on anything that required actual stalking. Someone else indicated they did - I believe it was for a key pouch...

This whole scarcity model and making consumers wait is getting a little too old...why would you not satisfy customers when they are ready and willing to spend??
