When you ship to the store are you suppose to get a shipped/tracking email? On my account it says shipped, and has a link for tracking the package but the link just goes to the FedEx home page. Thanks in advance!

This also happened to an order I placed last Thursday. You can call the 1-866 number and their CAs can tell you the UPS tracking # via phone.

Unfortunately, if you ship to store, there is no tracking info for it. But estimated arrival date is pretty accurate.

The estimated date says 1/14, but I just got a text it's ready to pick up. 1 day early!

My wishlist has nano speedy and the trio listed as "call for purchase" I would call!!


So weird.... it's gone now.. It was only those two items, all the rest still said call for availability.
