Do you mean crooked like this? I was upset when I received mine but after looking at numerous YouTube videos/pictures nearly all of them look like this. It doesn’t bother me anymore, but you could take it to the store and see what can be done.

Hi all, I managed to order the PA DA two hours ago and I made payment via PayPal, however, I have now received an order cancellation from LV. The email states that" We would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in Louis Vuitton. We unfortunately are not able to accept your order xxxxxxxxx".

Anyone comes across this before? The email does not state the reason for cancellation. I wanted to ring Client Services, however, they are now closed.

This is what mine said when it was canceled. They said it was a glitch in the system. The order was in limbo due to how they authorize the payment on file twice or something. Then it canceled bc it became out of stock in the meantime, and therefore couldn’t be fulfilled.

That’s awesome that you had a better, unexpected experience. Unfortunately, most CAs that I’ve talked to recently are just unwilling to put in that extra effort. It’s rare that I’ll actually speak with someone that has great customer service. I’m a bit put off by the whole thing, honestly. This tactic of making things so scarce, when they obviously know people want the product is great for the company, but not great for the customer. Also, the fact that they put restrictions on who/where you can buy this specific item. I was told numerous times that a particular store had them available but they were unorderable because of the scarcity. Really?! Ok, rant over. :smile:
I agree. It’s extremely frustrating at times. When I first started buying LV I was so confused by it too. Now I’m used to it. But still, it’s annoying.

Mine said exactly the same things as yours. In my case, it was a PA Damier Azur. My guess is someone might have ordered at the same time or slightly before me, and the site took payments from both when only 1 item was available. Now I will have to get back on the stalking game

I agree. I’m put off by this too. I can’t stalk a website all day.
