oh...I thought that in the US you can ring stores directly. I hate having to go through client services...I hope that you will get one soon...

You can try calling Department stores that have LV and they will transfer you. I had good luck with Neiman Marcus.

I stalked the PA in DA for MONTHS but it finally was Add to Cart last Monday! Same with the Petit Noe. I almost gave up on both but the magic really does happen. Hang in there and keep stalking. It will eventually pay off when you least expect it!
