I’m not very happy - I called CS again today to inquire on the nano speedy and this person told me it’s against policy to help assist in any call/purchase from a store even if one was to have one in stock. She also goes on to say that she has seen in my file that I’ve called multiple times and that other reps have tried emailing stores for me which it doesn’t mean anything because people can’t purchase it this way for this purse and it goes against policy?!? She also goes on to say that she hasn’t seen one since 2015. In other words, this conversation made me feel bad for even trying or for even calling in multiple times. Not sure who to believe.

Oh wow. That sucks. Had EXACTLY the opposite experience today. My rep couldn't have been nicer she checked for me and said the best way to get it was to keep calling in so they could connect me if they found one. I really should have taken her info.

I don’t feel bad anymore when it’s LV that makes items so hard to get. When jungle came out I called everyday multiple times a day till I obtained most of the items I wanted lol. I got them! Why should customers be made to feel bad for wanting specific items!

Yeah this was the first rep who wasn’t so nice and gave me this kind of info. Everyone else encouraged to keep trying by calling back and that they would do their best to help me. I’ll keep this person name and voice in memory. When I call again and get this person, I’ll just hang up and try back later to speak with another rep.
