My order last night was canceled. Then I wanted to check if my account is flagged or something, so I placed an order for the bag that was available for some time and sure enough that order was canceled too. I think this is because I have a return pending but could be any other reason, so I set up a new account under my boyfriend’s name. Hopefully, tonight they will stock as many items as they did yesterday :)

Is there a rule on how many bags you can purchase online? I bought a bag that’s in transit right now but want to get another one. Would they allow me to purchase same bag but in different print?

I also have 2 Favorite MM DE bags as gifts. One is made in US and the other is made in France. The one made if France definitely feels less floppy and the magnet is much stronger. Does anyone else notice a difference? Wondering why the disparity...

Do you remember what time you purchased them. I am looking for favorite in mono.
I bought favorite DE in store last week and caught it again online so purchased another one to compare the quality. The one from the store is made in USA, I don’t know if the one they are sending from website will be from US as well but I am guessing yes as very few now are made in Europe :(

Same thing happened to me. I placed an order just after midnight yesterday and it status shows order in preparation. I placed 2 more orders this morning around 1am for the Mono Fav & DE Fav. The charges are pending with my credit card company. When the orders were submitted, it showed submitted, and then pending validation. Now those orders have disappeared from "my orders" tab. Orders only show under "overview" with no status. I called to inquire and was informed that the orders are still processing and allocating stock.

I had bought de mini PA and when I tried to order the mini PA in mono, the order got cancled, because it had the same product number. Was told that I could not buy the same product code before 6 six months had passed.

Oh that’s interesting to know, thank you! Trying to hunt for favorite in mono while I already bought de. But I checked and it seems like they have different product codes so hopefully it could work if I ever find one
