THIS! CS asked my sister to consolidate transactions next time and she had to explain that it’s impossible to add multiple items given that they disappear within seconds. CS also said to go to the store when let’s face it, we all can’t just walk in the store everyday and ask for a Favorite, Nano Speedy or Mini Pochette without being told that they haven’t received one in months. Ridiculous. Anyway...back to stalking :)

I went into the LV Store at Washington DC City Center today to pick up my Speedy B 25! They didn't have any Favorites in stock. They only had Alma BB in mono. And they had like one or two Speedy B 25 in mono. I didn't check on the Pochette Metis.

My SA told me that LV is discontinuing the Favorite to make room for new styles of bags, which is why they are so hard to find. I'm not sure if it's true because I know other TPFers have heard different things, but just sharing what my SA told me today.

This new limit seems so arbitrary especially since it seems it doesn't get communicated until your order gets cancelled. I always buy 4 of everything for myself and my family, My order history is consistent with this amount of multiples. My longtime CA just left LV because she moved outside of the US. No idea how/if this will impact me as I'm starting my holiday shipping this week. I bought 4 of the perfume mini sets in store last week and that wasn't an issue.

I have heard that this does not start until January. Has anyone heard when this will be enforced?

Precisely why I was so upset. No communications prior, nothing. I stalked/hunted for weeks and finally found it only to be rudely told I can’t buy it and he had the audacity to hang up on me! You think I was some criminal!
