What Louis Vuitton bag you use as a personal item bag and carry on bag?

Although I try to avoid flying, I use my V tote MM as my personal item for two reasons in particular: a) it fully closes with a zipper and b) the external "secret" zipped pocket can hold my passport securely so I don't have to open the bag to get it out (and I always know where it is).

Re Neverfull fallout, I saw this happen once on a Swiss flight. At the last minute a grumpy FA insisted a passenger stow their open tote in the overhead compartment (even though it fit under the seat). The FA stuffed it into the compartment with the opening of the bag not facing the compartment wall. When the plane took off, during its steep ascent, some small stuff did fall out. Fortunately on landing the pax decided to check the contents. She then had to stand on the seat to get those items out of the compartment. (and this was in business class!)

I usually use a Noe with a bag organizer insert as personal item. It can carry loads but also, it can be worn crossbody or on the shoulder and fits nicely on top of my rolling cabin bag. It also can be (almost) shut with the drawstrings so no spillage so far.

I also find that cabin crew (in Europe) tend to see it more as a handbag than a tote so have never had anyone challenging it as a personal item...

that what I afraid off going to happen if I used Neverfull or any open tote bag.

I use my Neverfull GM and usually a cross body bag. The biggest con of the NF would be the straps are uncomfortable (on shoulder or by hand) when the NF is fully loaded for travel. I recently purchased a strap protector to help from Etsy, hopefully I can try it out soon.

Have anyone used LV All in MM as a personal item before. It has a zipper closure. I want to put under the seat. Wonder if it‘s going to be a problem :confused1:

I have…just last week. It was great! You may need to fold the top down a little for it to fit all the way under the seat but is pliable so it wasn’t an issue.
