I’m curious what LV bag you use as a personal item bag or a carry on bag and pro and con of those bags. I have a long trip coming up and can’t decide what to take with me.

I use one of my Neverfull MMs. They hold a lot of stuff including my full size iPad. they do quite well stuffed under the seat. I’ve had mine for many years and they still look great.
I use a Neverfull MM. It has amazing capacity and easily slips under the seat. I usually have a small crossbody bag or WOC that I slip inside for boarding. I also usually travel with a small Rimowa rollaboard which I like because it is light enough that I can lift it into the overhead compartment by myself. In choosing the rollaboard, weight was the single most important thing. The fact that it was shiny and cute was a bonus.
I use a Neverfull GM and my husband uses a keepall 55.
They both fit quite a bit and can fit under the seat in front of us.
Unfortunately, I do not tend to pack light so I’m thinking about switching to a keepall as well.

Neverfull GM as my personal. I’m an overpacker and she holds everythinggg. I try other bags brands made specifically for travel and always regret it & end up going back to the NF. I really find the GM to be the perfect workhorse size. Even doubles as my beach bag depending on the location.
I used to take a NF MM as a carry-on with me, but now use a slim carefree crossbody bag (e.g., double zip pochette in mono reverse) paired with a Longchamp tote if necessary. I find this duo more flexible and worryfree.

Neverfull MM as a carry on and usually a crossbody as my personal bag (the Pochette Metis or Alma BB are good options).
That Keepall is a very unique size in that regard, because it fits most carry on size allowances.Is it for a personal item bag or a carry on bag?
I haven't had anything fallout of the Neverfull. I use zippered pouches and cases, so small items are contained.
