Haha I did reach out to them and Loewe said they don’t do fixing with painting/touch up colors on bags unfortunately .. but luckily the yellow paint I have at home is like basically the same color as the bag so it’s a 3 minute fix for me!yes he’s so adorable! Makes me smile each time when I see him ^^
