How many is too many?
I love the speedy 25b I own 2, monogram and emperinte. It's the perfect shoulder/cross body bag that u can still use at night. I also own the classic speedy in 35 DE but find it way to big but don't want to get rid of it as it was my first ever lv
Now on the wish list is the speedyb 30 DE
Am I crazy or what!!!

I love my Speedy B in DE. Its so practical and timeless. Also, I think DE is much more durable.

I have several older Speedy bags. Clarify with the seller if he or she is speaking of attaching a shoulder strap to the handle hardware this was done with a lot of the older Speedy bags.

That’s what the seller said but she/ never mentioned before the pitched process and shipped... because I asked date code was kind hard to read.. then she explained it is made in 1991. I questioned about bandoliere was not start making till 2011? ( sorry, if I’m mistaking) but then finally she explained. It’s a beautiful item but not sire if this beauty is co considered “Auth” bandoliere... so seller agreed i can return this beauty.. once it arrive to me. I can exam and see if I want to keep it or return. I may keep if she is authentic speedy really been created to be bandolier.. but I never had of this. I will think it’s cost money to do this ... ?

How would they have found vachetta leather to make the side strips and the shoulder strap to match in color to the original vachetta leather. I would assume the original vachetta leather had aged at least a bit given it was made in 1991? Are they saying it was converted to a bandolier shortly after purchase or was it converted more recently? If more recently then the purse must have been kept in a closet for 30 years otherwise again how would they have matched the new and old vachetta.

This is the item... she is beautiful... but 30 years old SP ... code. It had to be changed totally handles and side strap everything right?

Just common sense would seem to indicate that yes they would have had to replace all the vachetta pieces at the time that they converted it to a bandolier since they all appear to be the same color.

The condition of that speedy is impressive. I have only one Speedy size 30 from the Mirage Collection in burgundy.

You say the seller said the modifications were done by an LV expert. Does that imply the modifications were NOT done through LV itself (not even sure if they would do that kind of modification). Would this type of outside modification cause you to NOT be able to get service on the bag from LV directly?
